Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is the property of Envision Media Co. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

For client projects: upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the deliverables as specified in their project agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, Envision Media Co. retains ownership of all raw files, source files, and working materials. Envision Media Co. reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

Payment Terms

• ■Final deliverables will be released upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, necessary materials, and access required for project completion. Delays caused by late client feedback or missing materials may result in adjusted timelines. Clients are responsible for ensuring that any materials they provide (logos, copy, images, etc.) do not infringe on any third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Envision Media Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website or services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or any other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project or service giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee specific results from our marketing, social media, or automation services, as outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with 30 days' written notice. For project-based work, cancellation terms will be outlined in the project agreement. Any work completed up to the date of termination will be billed accordingly. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
